Lodging and Housing Options for the West Virginia Restorative Justice Summit
The conference will be held on the West Virginia Wesleyan campus from June 14 to 15, 2024. All meals are included in the registration cost.
Housing Options. Attendees may reserve low-cost overnight accommodations in a dorm at West Virginia Wesleyan at the time of registration until June 4, 2024. No housing is available with late registration. We have reserved a block of rooms at a reduced rate at the following hotels for the West Virginia Restorative Justice Summit: Bicentennial Inn (304-472-5000) and the Wingate by Wyndham (304-473-0900) in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Please call the hotel for availability.
About the Dorms. All dorms are air-conditioned, and all rooms are double occupancy. Two of the dorms are organized in suites with a shared bathroom for two rooms. Linens, pillows, and blankets are not provided, and guests will need to bring their own.
Dorm checking in and checking out. Dorm check-in is scheduled for Thursday, June 13, 2024, between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and Friday morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Check-out will be on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and at 5:00 p.m. We are a volunteer organization and will only have enough staff for check-in during these hours.
Single Rooms and Roommates. Dorm guests may have a single room, but they will need to pay the full cost of the dorm room. Guests may also request a roommate at the time of registration.
Registration of a Dorm Room Only. Conference participants who do not book dorm housing at the time of registration may register at a later date but will need to reserve a full double occupancy room.

All Summit participants who select to stay in the dorm will be in Dunn Hall, conveniently located near all conference spaces.

Dunn Hall includes a common area for relaxing and meeting other residents.

All rooms will have two single beds and two desks. This room is a display room for the college and the beds for the conference will not be bunk or loft style. Also--remember to bring your own linens!

All rooms are part of a two room suite with a shared bath.

All dorm residents have access to the kitchen that also has a refrigerator.
